clean room wide variety helpful information
my superior room was very clean THE bed was comfortable. breakfast service included a wide variety of choices i found this very convenient. the concierge offered helpful information for nearby attractions and directions
the elevator buttons showed some wear.

fantastic location prompt service wide selection
The location was fantastic! it was very easy to get around. the room service was prompt. A request for extra pillows was fulfilled within fifteen minutes. there was a wide selection of teas available in the room.
The gym only had two treadmills. It was a bit crowded during peak hours.

helpful staff great hotel super reception
i had an fantastic stay. the super nice team. pedro at reception really were very good for me . i definitely recommend this great hotel to anyone whether it is for business or leisure!
the walls were quite thin.

the gym has three treadmills. it also has two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers with a shaded section.

i requested an early check-in this was not possible on arrival reception advised that rooms would be ready at 15:00 i didn't gain access to the second apartment until after 17:00 it did not leave time to shower before heading out to an event

attentive team good recommendation social person
i found the team very attentive. daniel was great host. he. mariusz gave good recommendations. william also, he was so social.
the gym equipment were outdated. treadmills needs attention. it was limited space too. i was a little disappointed with that aspect.

my room, a beautiful room, had soft linen. i got bathroom products too. the mini bar inclusions was generous and surprising, i wasn't expecting this.

adequate stay
friendly service helpful staff thin walls limited channels
the staff offered very friendly service. abdulrahman assisted us a lot . the apartment provided a good amount of space for a family of four. a washing machine was a significant advantage.
the value was not great considering the amount spent. the walls were thin and noise was easily heard from neighboring rooms. there were very limited tv channels and no cnn.
