The location was fantastic! it was very easy to get around. the room service was prompt. A request for extra pillows was fulfilled within fifteen minutes. there was a wide selection of teas available in the room.
The gym only had two treadmills. It was a bit crowded during peak hours.

i had an fantastic stay. the super nice team. pedro at reception really were really nice for me . i definitely recommend this great hotel to anyone whether it is for business or leisure!
the walls were quite thin.

i requested an early check-in this was not possible on arrival reception advised that rooms would be ready at 15:00 i didn't gain access to the second apartment until after 17:00 it did not leave time to shower before heading out to an event

the gym equipment were outdated. treadmills needs attention. it was limited space too. i was a little disappointed with that aspect.

the staff offered very friendly service. abdulrahman assisted us a lot . the apartment provided a good amount of space for a family of four. a washing machine was a significant advantage.
the value was not great considering the amount spent. the walls were thin and noise was easily heard from neighboring rooms. there were very limited tv channels and no cnn.
